Our facility features a traditional, premium quality Finnish Dry Sauna, Cold Plunge/Ice Bath as well as indoor and outdoor rest areas. 

We foster a calm but social environment, providing a safe and supportive space, and a true sense of community.

It's easy to create an account and purchase a pack, once you have a pass/pack you can make a booking in the schedule section of your account.

Sessions can be cancelled with more than four (4) hours notice. Passes will be returned to your guest account for future use. Refunds are only available under specific circumstances such as international travel or illness resulting in an inability to reuse the passes within a two (2) year period. Unused packs can be transferred to another guest, partially used packs can not be transferred between guests.}
