Off-peak: Monday - Friday 7am-9pm & Weekends 7am-10am
Peak: Weekends from 10am & Public Holidays
Once you have purchased a pass/pack you can make a booking in the schedule section of your account.
Walk-ins are welcome! Midweek, after 2pm, and all day on weekends spots can be limited, booking ahead is recommended.
2 Saunas: The Original & The Savu (woodfired smoke sauna)
2 Cold Plunges: ≈3°C & 12°C
3 Rest Areas: outdoor and indoor, with fireplaces
Changerooms: female, male, unisex (in construction), hot showers, lockers
Included: filtered water, tea, and salt for your hydration, bench towels and slippers
To Bring: bathers, 2 bath towels (also available to hire: $7 towel, $15 Robe), water bottle

Cancellation policy
Sessions can be cancelled with more than four (4) hours notice. Passes will be returned to your guest account for future use. Unused packs can be transferred to another guest, partially used packs can not be transferred or refunded.
