Memberships are designed to help you build consistency and enjoy the benefits of regular sauna use at a reduced rate.

This membership offers a total of 14 sessions per week for you and one nominated sauna partner to the communal Finnish sauna and cold plunge. Your nominated person may be your partner, parent, child, or sibling, and will remain the same for the duration of each 3-month membership cycle. You and your chosen sauna partner are welcome to attend together or separately.

- 2 hour access to the communal Finnish sauna and cold plunge.

- Access to full change room facilities for your comfort and convenience.

- Complimentary Aufguss (Aromatic Infusion Ritual) when scheduled.                          

- Bench towel, slippers and soothing herbal tea.  

- Entry available Monday to Sunday.

Membership Terms:

• A minimum commitment of 3 months applies to all memberships.

• Shared memberships are non-transferable and can be shared with one nominated person

• Unused sessions do not roll over from week to week.

• You may freeze your membership once per 3-month cycle with a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice.

  • Freeze duration: minimum 1 week, maximum 4 weeks.
