Memberships are designed to help you build consistency and enjoy the benefits of regular sauna use at a reduced rate.

- 2 hour access to the communal Finnish sauna and cold plunge, up to three sessions per week.

- Access to full change room facilities for your comfort and convenience.

- Complimentary Aufguss (Aromatic Infusion Ritual) when scheduled.                          

- Bench towel, slippers and soothing herbal tea.  

- Entry available Monday to Sunday.

Membership Terms:

• A minimum commitment of 3 months applies to all memberships.

• Individual memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

• Unused sessions do not roll over from week to week.

• You may freeze your membership once per 3-month cycle with a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice.

  • Freeze duration: minimum 1 week, maximum 4 weeks.
