Australia is in desperate need of a new sauna culture, and we're here to change that!
This session provides access to the communal sauna and cold plunges, for all genders and ages, and includes one Aufguss (Infusion) round.
Aufguss/Infusion is a multisensory sauna ritual from Germany that combines water and ice with essential oils, towel movements, and music to create a unique ambience while elevating your standard sauna round. Infusions are subject to our sauna masters' availability.

Important: Infusions are complimentary, however capacity is limited. Guests are welcome to join one infusion during their booked session.

A few points to help you get the most out of your sauna session..
    • Complimentary filtered water, tea, one bench towel, and slippers are provided with each visit.

    • Please bring a water bottle, 2 bath towels, or one towel and a robe for your session. Both are also available for hire at an additional cost (Towel $7, Robe $15).

    • Avoid eating a large meal prior to your session, but don't sauna on an empty stomach. Coffee right before your session is not a good idea.
    • Sit Sweat Chill Repeat - Listen to your body, push yourself responsibly and take time to rest/chill properly between rounds. It's not a competition!

      • You may share your pack with friends and family, provided you sauna together. If you are bringing guests, you must book multiple spots under your name. For example: Jane is sharing her double pack with a friend. Jane books 2 spots, meaning 2 individual bookings under her name.

      • A single booking covers one spot only, and we may not be able to accommodate additional guests if they are not booked. If you are unsure, feel free to give us a quick call to confirm your booking (0438 287 252).

      • Others cannot use your passes without you present, so please do not book for other people under your name unless they are attending with you.

Please observe our sauna etiquette and be respectful of others and the facility. Together, we can create a sauna culture that everyone can enjoy!
Conversations inside the sauna are welcome, but sauna is not a pub. Chats must be kept to a calm, respectful volume to maintain the relaxing environment. Conversations that can be heard across the room are too loud. Our resting areas are perfect for socialising.
  • Controversial topics such as vaccinations, religion, politics, debates on genders etc. do not belong in an environment that is intended for communal relaxation.
  • Please note that any traumatic topics and experiences should not be discussed in the sauna. We never know what others are going through, it is therefore very important to remember that a shared hot room is a neutral space, allowing everyone to enjoy the good heat for different reasons.
  • There is ZERO tolerance for any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards other guests, team members and the facility. Any such behaviour will result in a permanent ban.
