Aufguss/Infusion is a multisensory sauna ritual from Germany that combines water and ice with essential oils, towel movements, and music to create a unique ambience while elevating your standard sauna round. Infusions start on the half hour and are subject to our sauna masters' availability.

IMPORTANT: As infusions are complementary and not all guests fit at once, you can join one infusion at the end of you session: For Example: if you have booked 2pm-4pm, you can join the infusion at 3:30pm and end your session on the communal steam. 

Social Sauna on Saturdays from 2pm
The Sausage Edition: Nothing says authentic sauna culture like a good sweat followed by makkara (the sauna sausage).
BBQs ready for your BYO sausages to cook yourself after your session (depending on weather)
- Fridge space for sausages (not drinks)
- Plates and cutlery provided
- Live music, DJ sets and games
- No silent sessions in the evening, but light and respectful conversations welcome in the hot room
- BYO makkara and drinks to be enjoyed after your session in the courtyard (no alcohol in the sauna or during your session)

A few points to help you get the most out of your sauna session..
  • If you're sharing a pack, you can reserve additional spots by booking the same class multiple times. Please arrive 5 minutes earlier as each of your guests will need to sign the waiver. 
  • Your 2 hours start from your booking time, not your arrival time.
  • Complimentary tea, bench towel and slippers are included with each visit.
  • To make it easier on the environment, we encourage our guests to bring their own robe and 2 bath towel, but just in case, both will be available for hire.
Health and Wellbeing
    • Don't forget to bring your water bottle as hydration throughout your session is critical.
    • Avoid eating a large meal prior to your session, but don't sauna on an empty stomach.
    • Sit Sweat Chill Repeat - Listen to your body, push yourself responsibly and take time to rest/chill properly. It's not a competition! 
    • Please observe our sauna etiquette and be respectful of others and the facility.
